Suzanna Sharpe

Property Professional

Suzanna Sharpe has been a successful sales specialist in the real estate industry since 2000 mainly working in the Southern Highlands. She is a Licenced Real Estate agent, Stock and Station Agent and Business Agent. Suzanna now calls Wollondilly home and is excited to be part of the winning team of LJ Hooker Picton.

Her experience is well rounded and her successful career in Real Estate seemed to have been a foregone conclusion. She attended Canberra’s School of Arts and later followed her family into their lighting business in Camden. After immersing herself in the business she expanded her skill set in Marketing and Management for other local and international companies.

When the opportunity arose to point her marketing, design and promotion skills in another direction, Suzanna was excited at the prospect of selling an assortment of real estate property including the more challenging acreage property and even large operating farms.

Having always served others in customer driven industries, it was an easy transition to work alongside her owners to assist them through the emotional journey of selling their homes and the buyers equally so. She has always worked to her level best in obtaining the best possible outcome for all.

Suzanna having lived and worked in all three (3) of the local council areas Camden, Wingecarribee and now in Wollondilly, she is well versed on those tricky transactions that must deal closely with the local councils.

She has been involved in many business transactions over the years, varying from small blocks of vacant residential building and bush blocks, through to prestigious and comfortable homes, and then to large rural allotments over a broad physical area, as well as working with vendors and buyers with sensitive planning issues.

She commits to supporting and assisting her clients through the whole journey and with many of them being repeat clients, Suzanna knows her formula works! She really does pride herself on getting the job done, and done well!
