Kenneth Harris has lived in the Wollondilly region for over ten years and returns to LJ Hooker Picton after some years away from real estate. During this time he has stayed in the area and watched it continue to grow and diversify in a positive way, promoting what is great about itself – The way of life we all enjoy in this region.
Whilst away he has grown through challenge and diversity, whether that be helping to raise two boys that he is very proud of and continually amazed by, or overcoming health issues that life can sometimes present all of us. Needless to say that his time away from the business has been time well spent and sees him return to us as a well rested, more rounded individual who has lost none of the spark and can do ability that made him so well liked and respected the first time around.
During his first five years in the real estate sales industry, Kenneth demonstrated both a knowledge of the laws and understanding and application of the ethics of this business that won him both accolades from his peers and trust as well as repeat business from both buyers and vendors. Buyers had faith he would do his utmost to help them secure their dream and vendors knew that he would always look after the sale of their home with respect, as he knows that being a great negotiator is just the start.
Put simply Kenneth understands that the sale or purchase of real estate is more than merely a transaction of a large sum of money. It is the handling of memories and the application of dreams, more than somewhere you lay your head, and it is the history or future of your family, your castle, and your home.
Kenneth has been awarded the Principal's Choice: Leadership Award 2014 and again in 2016 at LJ Hooker's Regional Awards, Macarthur Cell.
