I live in Bargo and I have been living here for 23 years. I have been lucky enough to invest substantially in the area hence having known and know all of the real estate agents in the area good and not so good. I have been dealing with Amy Billingham for approximately one year and I must say this is taking into consideration that I do still currently do business with three other agents. She is probably the Number One Professional to have on your side actually she is the Number One. I have rung her on her day off once or twice by mistake and Amy didn’t even tell me it was her day off I found out later yet she still answered my questions. Amy always rings you back which these days is rare and gets tenants worried when they start falling behind in rent...(Amy) Property Manager with her finger on the pulse....
