Important Information
Step 1
It is important for you to fill out our Application for Tenancy Form and provide us with as much information as possible. This will include providing your personal information, employment details, tenancy details (if applicable) in addition to your income information and identification (as detailed on the form), including a drivers licence, proof of age card and/or passport.
Please remember to sign where indicated in order for your application to be considered.
Step 2
To submit your application you can:
- Drop it into our office at 1/159 Argyle Street Picton
- Fax it to (02) 4677 1821
- Email it to rentals.picton@ljh.com.au
Step 3
Please allow a few days for our property management staff to process your application and check through your references. The more information you readily provide, the quicker we are able to process your application.
Someone from our team will contact you to let you know the outcome of your application as soon as possible.
If you are the successful applicant, we will ask that you provide us with a holding deposit equivalent to one (1) weeks rent to secure the property.

How much Money must be paid when we sign the lease agreement?
The bond to be paid on the property is equivalent to four (4) weeks rent and you are required to pay two (2) weeks rent in advance aswell. In summary, the equivalent of six (6) weeks rent.
