Principal John is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and has been in real estate since 1982. John has enjoyed managing a family oriented business and nurturing LJ Hooker Picton’s growth.

John is a Licensed Real Estate Agent also. His drive, experience and passion for change have helped maintain the company’s vision for the future. He has a strong belief in the broadening of an individual’s professional experience and personal development and holds a steady focus on producing positive results for all concerned.

John’s expertise is in all facets of Real Estate sales including englobo land sales, rural, medium density, off the plan sales, residential sales, portfolio and asset disposal sales. He is a member of the LJ Hooker Captains Club which means he is in the top 10% of all salespeople in the LJ Hooker Network.

John has acted on behalf of many major banks, Public Trustee, Commissioner for Bankruptcy, RTA, The Perpetual Trustee Company, Baptist Church, Salvation Army, as well as many other clients and is a Justice of the Peace.

With his wealth of experience, John too, has his own referral and clientele base that he is able to draw on to assist with any property enquiry overflow. John has established and maintained a reputation for a straight forward approach, solid area knowledge and an aptitude for dealing with a challenge.
